Configure impeller

CR gear mixers are equipped with a ZCX impeller (vertical type) and a KCX impeller (side-mounted type). In addition to the standard configuration of impellers, Top can also provide users with a more suitable impeller form based on the actual situation of the user to ensure a better stirring effect for the user.

● The weight in the table is the approximate weight and does not include the weight of the stirring shaft and impeller inside the container.

● The size L in the table is determined based on the user's container size.

● The size DJ data in the table is determined by the Top Company based on the user's stirring purpose, stirring capacity, and physical properties parameters, and the actual situation shall prevail.

● The weight of the motor is the approximate weight of an ordinary indoor motor and can vary according to the approximate weight of the motor, the motor manufacturer, and the type.

Remark:

● The weight in the table is approximately weight, without the weight of suspension and anchor bolts.

● The flange size in the table can be replaced by European and American standards.

● The installation method shown is the installation pipe opening size on the side of the stirring container that can be selected during side installation.

● The weight of the motor in the table is the approximate weight of an ordinary indoor motor. It may vary due to the manufacturer and motor type. Please refer to the actual design.

● When the wall thickness of the stirring container is too thin and the strength is not enough, please use auxiliary reinforcement measures such as reinforcement ribs.
