Scope of use
Submersible mixers are mainly used for mixing, stirring and circulation in municipal and industrial sewage treatment processes. They can also be used as flow-pushing equipment for landscape water circulation. By stirring, water flow is created to effectively prevent suspended matter from settling.
Submersible mixers can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
● Medium temperature does not exceed 40°C
● PH value of the medium is 5-9
● Medium density does not exceed 1150kg/m3
● Long-term submerged operation, the diving depth generally does not exceed 20 meters
● Power range: 0.85-10kW
● Mixing series: small impeller diameter, generally blade diameter is 260-620mm, speed is 180-980r/min
● Plug flow: generally blade diameter is 1100-2500mm, speed is 22-115r/min
● Material: cast iron/cast all stainless steel, can be customized according to customer requirements
